DELIVERY options

Because not everyone has the same wishes, we work with 4 different options to organize the construction process.

1. KIT to build it yourself

We deliver all the building materials completely sized to construct your wooden home. This is a package excluding plumbing, roof covering and materials, such as sanitary, kitchen, central heating, electrical installation, plumbing and tile-work, but it includes the floor, windows, doors and latches and hinges.

2. KIT including PERSONAL MENTORING

As in option 1, but now you will be supported during the construction time by a specialized attendant.

3. HULL construction

As in option 1, but now our people will realize the hull construction of your house. That is to say, from the foundation up until it is weather and shall-proof. You will do the further finishing in- and outside the house yourself.

4. TURNKEY

Most of our clients choose this most comfortable option in which we provide the full construction, including the complete in-and outside finishing. Whole according to your wishes.

P.S. Of course all of the finishing wishes can be discussed, such as whether or not to paint, to install the electrical installation etc.

Is building your own loghome really an option?

Yes, this is good possible. The building of a wooden house is really fun to do, but you should have sufficient time to build it. You also need any technical insight. Of course you can save the most money by doing everything yourself, but there is also the option to build under guidance of an experienced supervisor.
